Wild Ginger Farm, West Winfield, NY- We are a small nursery selling a great selection of native plants. Restoring this area’s native plants, insects, and birds is the main goal of Wild Ginger Farm. We hope to do this not only through the sale of plants to members of our community but also by educating people of what it means to repopulate this area with the species that once dominated our forests, meadows, prairies, and wetlands. Lazy Dirt Flower Farm, Mexico, NY- We are a small nursery & flower farm. Our native plants are organically grown and propagated here on our farm specifically for eastern Lake Ontario. The majority of our native plants are perennials, drought tolerant to save water, and are excellent for pollinator gardens. Many are native riparian plants for the eastern Lake Ontario region. CW Native Plant Farm, Akron, NY– The CW Native Plant Nursery sells trees, bushes and perennials native to the Northeast and Great Lakes. Nursery stock is grown onsite and/or sourced locally as much as possible. There are demonstration gardens and a bird trail, accessible seasonably, along Murder Creek. The vast majority of plants sold in the nursery are found onsite in the demonstration gardens. Stop by to enjoy the beauty of nature and leave with something that will help bring nature home.
