Kinnikinnick Native Plant Society – to foster an understanding and appreciation of native flora and its habitats in the panhandle area of North Idaho; to advocate the conservation of this rich natural heritage for future generations,; to encourage the responsible use of native plants in landscaping and restoration; to educate youth and the general public in the value of the native flora and their habitats.

Idaho Native Plant Society—The Idaho Native Plant Society (INPS) is a statewide non-profit organization dedicated to promoting interest in native plants and plant communities, and collecting and sharing information on all phases of the botany of native plants in Idaho. The Society seeks to foster an understanding and appreciation of our native flora and to preserve this rich heritage for future generations. In keeping with our mission, it is the intent of the INPS to educate its membership and the public about current conservation issues that affect Idaho’s native flora and habitats.
